STEP 1:
DEFINE YOUR NEED

Contact us with your questions, specifications, or ideas for components. We define your need to improve your OEE, operability and asset strategy.

STEP 2:
DIGITISE AND DESIGN

We digitise the component and create a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawing to your specifications. We optimise the design for additive manufacturing by integrating DfAM (Designing for Additive Manufacturing) principles. This ensures that the design innovation is embedded into the component.

STEP 3:
SIMULATE

Using the power of simulation, we can test the design to verify the component’s performance in a virtual scenario. We can also cycle through different iterations to ensure that the design complies with your expectations for its efficiency and effectiveness.

STEP 4:
PROTOTYPE

After an accepted simulated model, we 3D print a prototype that will allow you to visualise the new component for form and function.

STEP 5:
BUILD PART – METAL REPLACEMENT

Once you have confirmed your design, we 3D print an industrial-grade component to replace metal with a super polymer part.

STEP 6:
IMPLEMENT
